Cookie Policy

Which cookies the Rayenda Group website uses, what they are for and how to control them.

This page explains which cookies the Rayenda Group website uses, what they are for and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember you between one page and the next. Some cookies are needed for a site to work at all. Others are used for advertising or for measuring visitors, and those are the ones most people worry about.

2. The short version

We use only the cookies this site needs in order to work. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and we do not follow you around the web.

3. Cookies we set

  • Session cookie. Keeps your visit together as you move between pages, for example so the contact form can show you a confirmation after you send a message. It holds a random identifier, not your name or email. It expires after about two hours.
  • Security token (XSRF-TOKEN). Protects our forms against forged requests and spam submissions. It also expires after about two hours.

Both are first-party cookies, set by this website only. They are strictly necessary, so they do not need your consent and they cannot be switched off from our side. If you log in to our admin area as a member of the Rayenda team, the same session cookie keeps you signed in.

4. Third-party content

  • Google Maps. The Contact page embeds a Google map of our head office. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies and collect usage data under Google's privacy policy. The map appears only on the Contact page.
  • Google Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google's servers. This does not set cookies, but Google does receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads.
  • Links to other sites. Our companies' websites and our pages on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and X set their own cookies once you visit them. Their policies apply there, not this one.

5. How to control cookies

Every modern browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Security". You can also browse in a private or incognito window, which clears cookies when you close it.

If you block all cookies, you can still read this website, but the contact form will not submit because it depends on the security token. In that case you are welcome to email us directly at contact@rayenda.com.

6. Changes to this policy

If we ever add analytics, embedded media or any other feature that uses new cookies, we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before those cookies are set. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.

7. Contact

Questions about cookies or privacy can be sent to contact@rayenda.com.
