About the group
What is Rayenda Group?
Rayenda Group of Companies is the parent company for everything built under the Rayenda name. Investment, strategy and brand ownership sit with the group, while each company runs its own products, customers and day-to-day work.
Where does the name "Rayenda" come from?
Rayenda is a small town in Sharankhola upazila, Bagerhat, on the bank of the Baleshwar river where the Sundarbans begins. Our founder grew up in the neighbouring village of Nalbunia. The name, the colours and the tagline, "From Rayenda to the World", all come from there. The full story is on the About page.
Who owns and runs the group?
Rayenda Group is founder-owned. It is led by Al Emran, Founder & Chairman, a self-taught developer and designer who still ships code at Rayenda Technologies.
Is Rayenda Group a registered company?
Company registration with RJSC is in progress, and the trade licence, tax registration and DBID follow from it. We publish the current status of each one openly in the Legal & licence section of the About page and update it as documents are issued.
Where are you based?
Our head office is at Ga-2, Suvastu Nazar Valley Shopping Mall (5th Floor), Shop-5B, Shahjadpur, Gulshan, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. There is a map on the Contact page.
Companies and products
Which companies are part of the group?
There are ten. Rayenda Technologies and Rayenda News are live. Rayenda Host, Pay, Payout and SMS are in development. Rayenda Wallet, Esports, Electronics and Sports are planned and will follow one at a time. Each one is listed with its status on the Our Companies page.
What do "in development" and "coming soon" mean?
"In development" means the product is being built now but is not open to customers yet. "Coming soon" means it is on the roadmap and work has not started in earnest. Both describe our plans, not promises, and dates can move.
I need software built. Do I contact the group?
Go straight to Rayenda Technologies at rayenda.com. It handles custom web, mobile and desktop software, apps, WordPress plugins, SaaS products and readymade solutions. If you write to the group instead, we will simply forward your message to them.
I need help with a Rayenda product. Who supports it?
Support is handled by the company that makes the product, through its own website and channels. If you are not sure which company that is, send us a message and we will point you to the right place.
Why do all the companies look alike?
On purpose. Every Rayenda company uses the same five colours and the same wordmark style, so that one name means one standard of quality wherever you meet it. The palette is explained on the About page.
Working with us
How do I propose a partnership or an investment?
Use the contact form and pick the matching topic, or email contact@rayenda.com. Tell us who you are, what you have in mind and which company it concerns. Nothing is agreed until it is written down and signed, so an early conversation commits neither side.
Are you hiring?
We are a small, founder-led group and we hire slowly and deliberately. Open roles are posted on the Careers page. If nothing is listed and you believe you belong here, send a short note and a link to your work.
I'm a journalist. Who do I talk to?
Send press and media questions to contact@rayenda.com or choose the press topic in the contact form. We can provide logos, brand assets and background on request.
Can I use the Rayenda name or logo?
Not without written permission. The name, wordmark and company logos belong to Rayenda Group. Press and partners can request approved assets from us. The details are in our Terms of Use.
Contact and privacy
How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply within one working day. Our office hours are Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Bangladesh time. Messages sent on a Friday or a public holiday are answered on the next working day.
What happens to the details I send through the contact form?
They are used only to reply to you and to pass your request to the right Rayenda company. We do not sell or share them with advertisers, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
Does this website track me?
No. We use only the essential cookies the site needs to work and to keep its forms secure. There are no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Google Fonts and the Google map on the Contact page are loaded from Google's servers, as our Cookie Policy explains.
Is Rayenda affiliated with bKash, Nagad, Stripe or similar services?
No. Those names appear on our sites only because we have built integrations with them. They are trademarks of their respective owners, and Rayenda Group is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
