1. Who we are
This website is operated by Rayenda Group of Companies ("Rayenda Group", "we", "us"), based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Rayenda Group is the parent company behind Rayenda Technologies, Rayenda News and the other companies that carry the Rayenda name. Our current registration and licence details are published in the Legal & licence section of the About page.
2. What this website is
This site is informational. It describes the group, its companies, its history and how to reach us. It does not sell products or services directly.
Each Rayenda company is operated separately and has its own website, its own terms and its own privacy policy for the products and services it offers. When you buy from, sign up with or otherwise deal with a Rayenda company, that company's terms apply to the relationship, not these.
3. Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin area, its servers or its data;
- interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it, probing it for weaknesses or introducing malicious code;
- scrape or harvest the site's content or contact details in bulk using automated tools;
- send spam, advertising or abusive messages through the contact form;
- impersonate Rayenda Group, its companies or its people.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Intellectual property
The Rayenda name, the Rayenda wordmark, the logos of the Rayenda companies, the "river & Sundarbans" colour palette as a brand identity, and the text, design and layout of this website belong to Rayenda Group or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view the site and quote short passages with a clear credit and a link back. You may not copy, republish, modify or use our names, logos or designs for commercial purposes, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Journalists and partners who need logos or brand assets can request them at contact@rayenda.com.
5. Third-party names and trademarks
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SSLCommerz, Stripe, WooCommerce, WordPress, Google Play, YouTube, Facebook and other third-party names that appear on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe our work and experience. Rayenda Group is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them.
6. Company status and forward-looking statements
Rayenda Group's company registration is in progress. Until it completes, Rayenda Technologies' products are published under the founder's personal developer accounts, and the group operates from its Gulshan office. The status of each registration, licence and tax record is kept current on the About page.
Some companies on this site are marked "in development" or "coming soon". Descriptions of those companies, and anything else we say about the future, are plans and intentions. They are not promises, guarantees or offers, and they may change or be dropped without notice.
7. Messages you send us
Please give accurate details when you contact us so that we can reply. Do not send confidential, proprietary or highly sensitive information through the contact form.
Sending us a proposal, an idea or a partnership request does not create a partnership, an agency, an employment relationship or any other obligation on either side. Nothing is agreed until it is set out in a written agreement signed by Rayenda Group.

8. Links to other websites
This site links to the websites of Rayenda companies and to third-party sites such as social networks and map services. We provide these links for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
9. No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or invitation to invest in Rayenda Group or any of its companies. Any investment or partnership discussion happens directly with us and is governed by its own written documents.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute about them or about this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. We would always prefer to hear from you first and try to resolve a problem directly.
